Prescher Anlagenbau - Our history

  • 1993: Prescher Anlagenbau GmbH was established in Nienhagen on the Baltic Sea near Rostock, in the district Bad Doberan
  • 1994: Shipbuilding, engineering and construction, piping in vessels, fueling facilities for military vessels and airplanes, modules for shipbuilding
  • 1994: Major orders for planning and construction, clients f.e. Mannesmann-Demag AG, Wayss + Freytag AG, Siemens AG
  • 1997: Take-over of PREUSSAG Haustechnik GmbH with branches in Rostock, Leipzig and Dresden
  • 1998: Privatization and successful re-structuring of Rousse Shipyards, Bulgaria
  • 2002: Take-over of and partnership in Hugo Stinnes Reederei AG together with Horst Rahe, main shareholder and CEO of Deutsche Seereederei AG; relocation of Stinnes from Hamburg to Rostock; operation of four regular naval routes of Stinnes
  • 2007: Take-over of and major partnership in Kroeger Anlagenbau GmbH, Neubukow; successful re-structuring within 18 months and resale of shares to former shareholders
  • 2009: Take-over and successful re-structuring as well as re-positioning on domestic and foreign markets of HVD Vakuumanlagen & Maschinenbau Dresden GmbH; sale of shares in spring 2011
  • 2010: A subsidiary of Prescher Anlagenbau GmbH is established in Dresden, Saxony
